We are so happy to see the results of our project, LORSAT, in the real network implementation as a proof of concept.

In September 2020, We kicked-off the LORSAT project. We progressed step by step by introducing scheduling and synchronization algorithms to provide a soft integration of LoRaWAN terrestrial network with Satellites.
After all the efforts, we were able to implement end to end Satellite LoRaWAN communications in the real networks, with real devices, gateways and servers. This was our presentation in the LIST TechDay 2023.

In this prestigous event, we had the chance to present our work to the Luxembourg Minister of Higher education and Research, Mr. Claude Meisch, Mme. Eva Kremer, the Chairwoman of Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and our CEO, Mr. Dirk Fransaer.

Our project not only enables the smart and precision agriculture in the rural areas, but also it enables any kind of smart meters / actuators in the hard-accessible areas.
